These are companies or individual entrepreneurs who promise to get you the vehicle you want for a low non-negotiable price thereby saving you money and time. In reality, what they do is go to the dealership and buy the car you want in much the same manner that you are going to buy your car later in this step. Then they tack on a few hundred dollars to the selling price for their trouble. This can be a good service for someone who either doesn't know what they are doing when it comes to buying a car or for someone who simply doesn't want to go through the hassles of the buying process and is willing to pay someone to do it for them.
