This author was brought to our attention by member Anne Wardlow who is her neighbor. Ms. Ahnert wrote the book The Knock at the Door , which chronicles the Armenian genocide through the eyes of the author’s mother. Because of the unique opportunity to meet the author, we will be opening up this to all SCYC members – even the guys! Many thanks to Anne for making this happen.
